Grafana Alertmanager

Supported versions: Alertmanager v0.25 and later.

Webhook setup

1. In Alertmanager, add a webhook receiver pointing to your FixFast endpoint.
2. Include labels for service, environment, and a stable fingerprint per alert type.
3. Send a test alert and confirm delivery in the FixFast alert feed.

Payload expectations

• JSON payload from Alertmanager with alerts array
• Labels must include service and environment for grouping accuracy
• Annotations can carry summary text and fingerprint

Retry behavior

Alertmanager retries on non-2xx responses. Ensure TLS is valid and the endpoint is reachable.
