Slack/Teams Webhook Failures
- Symptom: Messages not delivered.
- Check delivery log for HTTP status. 404/410 disables destination; revalidate URL.
- Confirm app access to channel (Slack) or that the Teams webhook connector still exists.
- Verify signing secret matches; mismatches return 401.
- Symptom: Duplicate messages.

Generic Webhook Issues
- 400/401 responses: Recompute HMAC signature using the exact raw body; ensure header
X-Fixfast-Signatureis present. - Timeouts: Increase endpoint timeout to 10s or return 202 and process asynchronously.
- TLS errors: Confirm endpoint supports TLS 1.2+ and a valid certificate chain.
Quota Exceeded Behavior
- At 80%:
quota.warningevent is emitted. - At 100%:
quota.limit_reachedis emitted; analyses are throttled until the next cycle or upgrade. - Admins can upgrade immediately to remove throttle; downgrades take effect next cycle.
Common Misconfigurations
- Missing
org_idin ingestion payloads causing rejection. - Using production secrets in sandbox or vice versa.
- Sharing one webhook secret across multiple endpoints, reducing isolation.
- Granting Editor role broadly in production; prefer Viewer unless action is required.
Data and Security Questions
- Where is data stored? Encrypted at rest (AES-256) in regional storage.
- Is data used to train public models? No. Customer data is isolated per org and not used to train public models.
- How to delete data? Admins can request hard delete; routine pruning follows retention by plan.
