First Incident

1. Create an organization in FixFast.
2. Connect Grafana Alertmanager.
3. Send a test alert (include service and environment labels).
4. Watch the alert appear in the stream.
5. Observe alert → incident grouping and review the incident summary.
6. Note the primary and supporting signals in the explanation, then hand off to the owning team.

What to verify

• Alerts are delivered with the expected labels.
• Grouping happens when fingerprints and time windows align.
• Explanations list the detection signals that justified the grouping.
• Ownership and notes are set before handoff.
